Job Description:

Solvero Group is a holding company that unites several businesses within one group and supports them through centralized HR, Legal, IT, and Finance services.

We are looking for a CRM Manager who will play a key role in developing and optimizing customer lifecycle communications, driving engagement and retention, and contributing to the brand's successful development from the ground up.

What You'll Do:

  • Plan and execute impactful CRM campaigns using CRM tools, monitoring performance and optimizing engagement results.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, to support launches in new geographical markets and ensure CRM readiness.
  • Define reporting requirements, identify opportunities for new CRM functionalities, and improve existing processes.
  • Stay up to date with CRM trends and industry best practices, continuously enhancing strategies and workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with wider CRM teams to ensure compliance with internal processes and standards.
  • Manage daily CRM campaigns and oversee execution to maintain high-quality delivery.
  • Process and prioritize incoming requests from different business units, validate new functionality, and support timely implementation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing CRM processes and marketing campaigns from briefing to launch.
  • Experience working with no-code CRM platforms such as Optimove, Smartico, Customer.io, or similar tools.
  • English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level or higher, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in the iGaming industry is a strong advantage.
