Position: Local Casino QA Tester (Colombia)

Work Format

• Remote
• Colombia-based only
• Flexible / part-time

Responsibilities

• Test online casino products from a Colombian player perspective
• Test competitor casinos:

1. Registration and login flows (including cédula verification and KYC)
2. Deposits, withdrawals, and payment methods (PSE, Nequi, Daviplata, Efecty, cards)
3. Bonuses and promotions
4. General UX, usability, and Spanish localization quality

• Test our casino product:

1. Registration
2. Deposits and withdrawals
3. Bonuses
4. Core gameplay flows

• Identify and clearly report bugs, UX issues, localization errors, and potential risks
• Execute and update test cases when needed
• Test new features and product changes on demand
• Cooperate closely with internal QA and product teams

Communication & Process

• Remote, asynchronous work
• Communication via Slack
• No strict hourly requirements, focus on results

Requirements

• Located in Colombia
• Native Spanish; working English for reporting
• Experience using online casino or betting products in the Colombian market
• Understanding of player flows, local payment methods, and bonus mechanics
• High attention to detail
• Ability to provide clear and structured feedback

Nice to have:

• Experience in product or QA testing
• iGaming background
• Familiarity with test cases and bug reporting
• Awareness of Colombia's regulated market and Coljuegos-licensed operators
