Senior Media Buyer

As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our Media Buying team and are seeking a Facebook Media Buyer with strong experience in performance marketing and the Chilean market.
In this role, you will be responsible for launching, optimizing, and scaling Facebook/Meta advertising campaigns for iGaming products, driving high-quality traffic, improving acquisition performance, and ensuring stable campaign growth through data-driven optimization and strategic testing.
What you'll do:
- Plan, set up, and launch Facebook/Meta paid campaigns for iGaming products (online casino, slots, sports betting – where permitted under Chilean regulations and licensing requirements).
- Build structured campaign architectures (campaigns / ad sets / ads) across Chilean audiences, interests, placements, and creative angles.
- Launch and manage campaigns across Facebook/Meta, in-app traffic sources, and advertising networks.
- Optimize campaigns using key performance events (Install, Registration, First Deposit, Purchase) to improve CPA and ROAS for the Chile market.
- Monitor daily performance and analyze core metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, CR, CPA, ROAS), implementing continuous optimizations to achieve KPIs.
- Collaborate with creative teams to prepare briefs, define messaging, value propositions, bonus offers, and game positioning tailored to Chilean audiences.
- Run A/B tests across creatives (video, static, carousel), copy, headlines, and formats, scaling winning combinations.
- Manage pixel/events setup and ensure accurate tracking and attribution across web and app funnels.
- Test and apply different bidding strategies (lowest cost, cost cap, bid cap) and manage budgets dynamically (scaling, testing, and reallocating spend).
- Ensure compliance with Meta policies for iGaming and Chile-specific advertising requirements, including ad approvals and account health monitoring.
- Prevent ad disapprovals and minimize risk of account restrictions through compliant structures and creatives.
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports with KPIs, insights, learnings, and next-step hypotheses focused on Chile performance.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns.
- Proven experience working with the Chile market (mandatory).
- Experience in iGaming, affiliate marketing, fintech, or other performance-driven/high-risk industries is a strong advantage.
- English – B2 level, Russian – B2 level.
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager (campaign structure, optimization events, audiences, tracking, lookalikes).
- Ability to work with strict KPIs and optimize campaigns based on data, not intuition.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using Excel/Google Sheets (funnels, dashboards, performance analysis).
- Experience working with Meta policies, especially in restricted verticals such as iGaming.
Nice to Have
- Experience with additional paid channels (TikTok Ads, Snapchat, X/Twitter Ads) in LATAM or global markets.
- Experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust) and post-install event tracking.
- Understanding of LATAM iGaming landscape and advertising nuances across Chile and neighboring markets.
