Brand Manager
Job Description:
Solvero Group is a holding company that unites several businesses within one group and supports them through centralized HR, Legal, IT, and Finance services.
Our newest strategic initiative is the launch of a new iGaming brand. As part of this project, we are looking for a Brand Manager who will play a key role in building and strengthening the brand strategy and contributing to the brand's successful development from the ground up.
What you'll do:
- Develop and execute long-term brand strategy.
- Contribute to strategic communications, supporting the development of the communications strategy, shaping core messaging, and managing company reputation as needed.
- Support product marketing for new game launches through in-depth market, consumer behaviour, and trend research to inform positioning and go-to-market strategy.
- Develop and maintain the brand`s tone of voice, visual identity, and guidelines.
- Ensure all marketing campaigns are aligned with the brand.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external creative teams.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to keep the brand strategy relevant.
- Monitor consistent brand representation across all platforms.
- Lead the team, manage resources, and delegate tasks.
- Define brand-team KPIs and evaluate performance.
- Contribute to optimising business processes directly related to the function.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or strategic communications (mid-senior level).
- Experience in the iGaming, online casino, or game provider industry is a strong advantage.
- Proven track record of building and executing brand strategy end-to-end.
- Hands-on experience leading creative teams and managing external agencies or vendors.
- Strong command of brand identity, tone of voice, and visual guidelines.
- Full proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong leadership, communication, and project-management skills: proactive, reliable, deadline-driven.
