Solvero Group is a holding company that unites several businesses within one group and supports them through centralized HR, Legal, IT, and Finance services.

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Analytics team and transform complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions across the organization.

This is a hands-on role focused on building interactive dashboards, performing in-depth analyses, and delivering accurate reporting that supports Product, Marketing, CRM, Finance, and Management teams. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify trends, monitor KPIs, and provide data-driven recommendations that improve business performance across rapidly growing iGaming operations.

The position offers significant ownership and the opportunity to influence strategic decisions through high-quality analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Extract, transform, and analyze data using SQL to support business and operational needs.
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions and identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
  • Analyze player acquisition, retention, engagement, monetization, and overall customer behavior.
  • Monitor and report on key business KPIs across Product, Marketing, CRM, Finance, and Operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reports and dashboards.
  • Create clear visualizations and present analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Automate recurring reports and continuously improve reporting processes and efficiency.
  • Support KPI definition, performance tracking, and business decision-making through data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst, preferably within the iGaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of key iGaming metrics, including CAC, ROI, FTD, Conversion Rate (CR), ARPU, LTV, and Retention Rate.
  • Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, aggregations, and query optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, dashboard development, and data visualization best practices.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, advanced formulas).
  • Experience working with large datasets and transforming data into meaningful business insights.
  • Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and consistency.
  • Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, or visualization libraries) for automation and advanced analytics.
  • Understanding of Data Warehouse concepts and dimensional data modeling.
  • Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes and data transformation workflows.
  • Experience with Git or other version control systems.
  • Experience working with CRM, product, marketing, or financial analytics within the iGaming industry.
