Solvero Group is a holding company that unites several businesses within one group and supports them through centralized HR, Legal, IT, and Finance services.

We are looking for a Middle / Middle+ Python FastAPI Developer to join our engineering team and support the development of scalable back-end services across our products.
In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain high-performance microservices, build robust APIs, and optimize database efficiency. You will work closely with Product Managers, Front-End Developers, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Python and FastAPI, solid database knowledge, and hands-on experience with distributed systems and event-driven architectures.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support back-end services using Python and FastAPI.
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance APIs and microservices.
• Optimize SQL queries and database performance for efficiency and scalability.
• Build and maintain integrations with PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka.
• Work with ORM frameworks such as SQLAlchemy for database interactions.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to system design decisions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance across services.
• Support continuous improvement of development processes and technical standards.

Requirements

• Proven commercial experience as a Middle / Middle+ Python Developer.
• Excellent understanding of Python core structures and programming principles.
• Strong hands-on experience with FastAPI in production environments.
• Solid understanding of SQL and database optimization techniques.
• Good experience with ORM frameworks such as SQLAlchemy or similar.
• Practical experience working with PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka.
• Experience building and maintaining microservices architecture.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and scalable code.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Proficient in English, Russian would be a plus

Nice to Have

• Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architecture.
• Understanding of performance monitoring and logging tools.
• Knowledge of Docker and containerized environments.
• Experience in high-load systems or iGaming products would be an advantage.
